Skladba Born To Be Wild(Zrozen k divokosti) byla napsaná v roce 1968 Marsem Bonfirem pro kapelu Steppenwolf. Díky svému nespoutanému textu oslovila také mnoho dalších muzikantů a její covery se dají slyšet i v několika heavymetalových verzích. Největší úspěch ovšem sklízel (sklízí) nenapodobitelný originál, který okořenil i kultový road-movie ze 60. let, Easy Rider (Bezstarostná jízda).
